MeClub is an award-winning loyalty reward programme of Mediacorp, which owns and operates multiple media properties including TV and Radio broadcasting, interactive media and print media. It serves and engages over 600,000 members with various rewards and programs, as well as provides them with complimentary, exclusive benefits and deals.
As a fast-growing loyalty programme, MeClub’s previous platform was having trouble catering to the fast-growing user base which required the rolling out of new, innovative features to better reward and engage them. 2359 was tasked with a full revamp in 2015 after MeClub 2.0 positioned itself as a more comprehensive lifestyle loyalty programme to serve its diverse members.
2359 developed the Meclub app, an award-winning loyalty programme of Mediacorp that allows over 740,000 members to earn Star Points to redeem exciting rewards such as Feast Subscriptions, concert tickets, preview passes, discounts and other exclusive gifts.
We’ve also included a brand new feature that we worked with Mediacorp to develop—MeClub Feast; an exclusive dining privileges that offers 1-for-1 dining deals for restaurants and eateries islandwide.
MeClub has successfully positioned itself as a lifestyle-focused loyalty programme, with exclusive and wide-ranging member Benefits and Perks as well as Feast, 1-for-1 dining offers.
In term of impact, MeClub 2.0 has significantly increased the active user base and propelled MeClub forward on its goal of becoming the best loyalty programme in Singapore.
